About Duvateen Sound
Duvateen Sound is an audio services and equipment rentals studio that serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Lake County and Mendocino County. People from all over the region have rented our wide range of first-class sound and stage equipment and hired our experienced, on-location audio engineers for events involving music artists.
Started as a recording studio in 2003, Duvateen Sound has continued to provide songwriters, instrumentalists, bands and marketing talent a relaxing environment to record albums, songs, jingles or podcasts, in addition to providing the general public with equipment rentals and event audio services.
Our Crew
Rob Bayne is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist originally from Virginia, but currently living in Oakland, CA. His playing and original music comprise an eclectic blend of folk, blues, country, swing, R&B and rock.
With extensive experience in the studio, both singing and playing various instruments including drums, bass and several styles of both electric and acoustic guitar, Rob helps up and coming artists develop and hone both their production soundscape and their song-writing and performance skills.
Gavin Jones founded Duvateen Sound in 2003. As a working musician himself, he saw a growing need to help bridge the gap between musicians and pristine stage sound. As his recording business and experience in event audio services grew, the company evolved into a full-service audio production company that serves events ranging from San Francisco concert halls, Silicon Valley tech conferences, East Bay clubs and North Bay weddings.
Jacob Wheeler is a music producer, studio and live sound engineer. Whether in the studio or on the road, Jacob's attention to detail and desire to get the job done right is a valuable asset to the Duvateen Sound team.
